The situation behind the question.
Promoters and festival producers need three answers quickly: who is available, at what fee, and with what production requirements. A one-off show and a recurring residency call for different terms, from deposits and hold dates to exclusivity and rider details. This area supports early conversations and introductions on both.
Helpful to include
- Event type, dates, location, and capacity
- Whether the booking is one-off or recurring
- Budget range
- Production and hospitality requirements

Answers are read personally. Where they line up with someone else's, the group may introduce the people involved by email, and only with each person's agreement.
