How this division works.
Ventures asks operators and their partners where a venue is stuck or ready to grow: development and triage, licensing paperwork, brand and market, management structure, valuation and market analysis, and, separately, finance — tracking crypto market structure and the current events around it. Answers show where the group's advisory work fits and where introductions are needed.
Advisory work is contracted under a consulting agreement. Licensure and ownership remain with each venue's operators and investors, and nothing here constitutes legal advice.
