Why people answer yes

The situation behind the question.

Hospitality businesses tend to reach out at one of two moments: when revenue is slipping and the cause is unclear, or when they are building toward a license and need the paperwork to hold up. Triage means finding the leak first, whether it sits in clientele, operations, cost structure, or compliance. Licensing and land-use permits add a documentation burden that is easy to underestimate and expensive to get wrong.

Helpful to include
  • Business type, location, and stage: operating, applying, or planning
  • Current license and permit status
  • The problem in your own words
  • Your timeline

Answers are read personally. Where they line up with someone else's, the group may introduce the people involved by email, and only with each person's agreement.

Advisory support only. Nothing here is legal advice, and licensure remains with each venue's operators.
